Scottie's career path led him back to Caltrans, where he served as a Field Engineer in Structural Construction for over 13 years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role as a Project Management Assistant for a $6 billion corridor project, showcasing his leadership abilities and project management expertise.
In addition to his engineering career, Scottie serves as the Chief of Operations for Simplified Builders Inc., where he oversees all residential and commercial projects.
