Cailyn's career journey began at the California Department of Transportation - Division of Engineering Services - Structural Construction, where she was recruited as a Field Engineer. In this role, she quickly distinguished herself through her exceptional leadership skills and technical acumen, holding multiple supervisory and representative roles for various projects across San Diego County.
One of Cailyn's most notable achievements was managing and executing $300 million worth of Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) projects, showcasing her ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
In addition to her role at the California Department of Transportation, Cailyn serves as the President of Simplified Builders Inc., where she oversees all aspects of residential and commercial projects.
